Trail running for a confident step

From the upper Medvědín station the route heads toward Kozí hřbety (Goat Ridges), where the terrain changes noticeably. Sections are narrower, sometimes stony and require greater focus. The route then descends back to Špindlerův Mlýn.

It offers an intense running experience: changing tempo, working with terrain and stronger contact with the mountain environment. It is not purely fluid running, but a mix of running and controlled movement.
